- Condition: Products must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
- Non-Returnable Items: The following items are not eligible for returns:

Refund Process
- Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
- Please note that shipping fees (Flat Shipping £4.85 or Express Shipping £8.95) are non-refundable unless the return is due to a fault on our part (e.g., damaged or incorrect items).
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different color, size, or style:

- Place a new order for the replacement item separately.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 7 days of receipt. Provide photos of the damage and your order number in your email to support@nordgalore.com. We will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping costs.
